All orders within Sweden have free delivery and are sent with Swedish Mail - Standard delivery with tracking.
If you require your product to be fast delivered, or would like to use an alternative shipment method or personal pick up, please contact us.
All International deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Rates are based on order weight and destination. View shipping costs at checkout.
Please allow 1-3 days for the shipment to be handed to our delivery partner after purchase, as we have a busy production in-house and may need some time to pack your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We unfortunately can not take responsibility for any package once it is in your countries customs depot.
REFUND POLICY
All sales final, no returns possible. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault.

If you need to exchange it, send us an email at linda@lindanurk.com and once your refund is approved, please send your item to the adress stated in our refund confirmation mail.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please send us a mail in order to receive the return adress. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The prices of products are expressed in SEK or local currency inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur.
